This website is hosted by United Domains AG, Gautinger Straße 10, 82319 Starnberg, Germany (Privacy Policy).
I have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag, AVV) with United Domains under Art. 28 GDPR. This contract ensures that United Domains processes any personal data from my website visitors only on my instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.
When you access my website, United Domains automatically collects server log data, including IP address, date/time of request, HTTP status code, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type/version, and operating system.
Purpose: Technical delivery of the website, security, and error diagnosis.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, stable website).
Retention: Normally up to 7 days, unless longer storage is required for security or legal reasons. Server logs are not combined with other data sources.
If you email me or use the contact form, I process your data to respond to your request. Contact form messages are transmitted over TLS.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract initiation/performance), Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in communication), Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligations).
Retention: Stored as long as needed to answer you and according to statutory periods (usually 6 years for legal correspondence).
When you hire me, I process identification data, case-related information, and billing data.
Recipients: Courts, authorities, notaries, opposing counsel, experts—only as needed.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, § 43a BRAO.
Retention: Mandate files for 6 years after year-end (§ 50 BRAO); tax/accounting data for 10 years (§ 147 AO).
Provider: LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland (Privacy Policy).
LinkedIn provides me with aggregated “Page Insights” only; I cannot identify individual visitors.
We are joint controllers for Page Insights under Art. 26 GDPR—see LinkedIn’s Addendum. LinkedIn is the main contact for platform-related rights requests.
Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision, Art. 45 GDPR) or SCCs (Art. 46 GDPR).
